Admission Process for Computer Education Training Courses at Sarva Education Recognised Computer Institute in your Area
Follow these steps to complete your admission process:
Step 1: Collect the Prospectus and Registration Form
Visit the nearest Sarva Education Affiliated, Franchised, Registered, Recognised, or Approved Computer Education Training Center to collect the prospectus and Admission/Registration Form.
Step 2: Fill out the Registration Form
Complete the Admission/Registration Form and attach the required documents:
- Photocopy of the last academic certificate (based on course eligibility).
- Category certificates (SC/OBC, etc.), if applicable, to avail Sarva Education Fee Relaxation Scheme.
Make sure all documents are attested by a Gazetted officer.
Step 3: Document Submission
Bring the original certificates for verification by the Centre Head/Director and submit three recent passport-sized colored photographs along with your form.
Step 4: Fee Payment
Pay the applicable fees for your chosen course, including:
- Registration Fee
- Tuition Fee
- Examination Fee
- Course Study Material Fee (if applicable)
Note: Tuition fees and other fees shall be paid timely to the concerned Centre Owner. Failure to complete the payment may result in withholding certificates/diplomas, and further action may be taken for recovery of dues.
Step 5: Issuance of Student ID Card
Upon acceptance of your admission or registration form, the Centre Head/Director will issue a Student ID Card.
Step 6: Fee Structure and Payment Authority
All fees (registration, tuition, admission, exam fees) should be paid directly to the Centre Head. Sarva Education does not take any share of these fees, as the affiliated or franchised center has the authority to determine them based on regional factors such as literacy rate, population, and center facilities. Sarva Education is only responsible for the course registration fee.
